Product Overview
SUNRED® is a biopromoter based on plant extracts, designed to enhance fruit coloration and increase sugar content.
Its composition, rich in plant extracts containing oxylipins, methionine, phenylalanine, and monosaccharides, stimulates the physiological processes responsible for pigment synthesis and sugar accumulation, optimizing fruit metabolism during ripening. Thanks to these mechanisms, SUNRED® promotes more intense and uniform fruit coloration and contributes to the overall improvement of crop quality.
How Does It Work?
When applied foliarly after fruit color break, SUNRED® positively influences coloration and ripening processes without affecting fruit texture or shelf life.
Enhances fruit colorationBy providing methionine, a precursor of ethylene, phenylalanine, a precursor of pigments, and oxylipins, activators of physiological processes, SUNRED® promotes chlorophyll degradation and intensifies fruit color.
Improves fruit ripening uniformity while maintaining pulp firmnessIts components and plant extracts support ripening processes, promoting carotenoid and sugar accumulation. Thanks to phenylalanine and oxylipins, it also helps maintain pulp firmness, preserving fruit quality.
Increases fruit sugar content (°Brix)SUNRED® is rich in monosaccharides that stimulate primary plant metabolism, enhancing the fruit’s ability to accumulate sugars produced by the leaves and to synthesize organic acids, which are converted into soluble sugars during ripening.
